Basic Analysis Tools for Power Transient Waveforms

چکیده

In this study, basic analysis tools for power transients waveforms are discussed and new tools are introduced. General analysis tools for power transient waveforms are introduced. Problems and limitations associated with the RMS and Fourier transform techniques are discussed. A new analysis tool is proposed, namely "Missing Voltage Technique", and a brief detail is given. Newly emerging techniques of Wavelet transform techniques are also briefly introduced.
